Grubs Away Generic Merit 0.5G Insecticide – 9 – 30 Lbs can be used on turfgrass and landscape ornamentals.

• 0.5% Imidacloprid 9 Lbs Bag or 30 Lbs Bag
• Controls White Grub Larvae, Chinch Bugs, Mole Crickets, Larvae Of Annual Bluegrass Weevil, Asiatic Garden Beetle, Billbugs.
• Apply With Broadcast Spreader Or Drop Spreader
• 9 Lbs bag will cover up to 6,400 sq. ft.

Q. Can this be applied at any time during summer or fall?
A. Depending on your location, application can be anytime between mid May and mid August. Look for June beetle activity in your yard for the best time to apply.
 
Q. Can this be applied over my flower garden?
A. Yes, you can use this for lawns or ornamentals. It is not labeled for use over vegetable gardens or around fruit trees though.
 
Q. Can I apply if it looks like rain?
A. Yes. Grubs Away should be watered in with irrigation or rainfall within 24 hours of application to move the active ingredient through the soil. However, do not make applications when turfgrass areas are waterlogged or the soil is saturated with water.
 
Q. How does this product work?
A. Grubs Away is a systemic product and will be moved upward within the plant system. It has sufficient residual activity so that applications can be made preceding the egg laying activity of the target pest.
