Hormodin Root Inducing Substance – 0.1% – 0.3% – 0.8% is a general purpose powder designed for the home gardener or commercial florist who propagates popular varieties such as roses, carnations, poinsettias, some species of shrubs, and most home, garden and greenhouse plants.

Hormodin contains indole-3-butyric acid(IBA), a synthetic auxin that stimulates root growth.

Hormodin #1 (1 Lb)    : indole-3-butyric acid(IBA) — 0.1%

Hormodin #2 (1 Lb)    : indole-3-butyric acid(IBA) — 0.3%

Hormodin #3 (0.5 Lb)  : indole-3-butyric acid(IBA) — 0.8%

Application : DIP IT & TAP IT & STICK IT

Moisten cuttings. If not already moist, the basal ends of the cuttings should be slightly moistened before treatment (except geraniums). Pour a small amount of Hormodin into a bowl or pan. Stir basal ends in Hormodin. Remove excess powder by tapping on rim of container. Plant treated cuttings in satisfactory rooting medium.

Hormodin works best when used on fresh cuttings.

1 pound of Hormodin #1 will treat at least 35,000 average cuttings.
